Shannon _________ is the name on my birth certificate, but I have so many aliases, you would never know. I've always been a writer. It's without a doubt my thing. Growing up in the mean streets of Brooklyn, I found myself jotting down all kinds of random thoughts, ideas, personal situations. You name it, I wrote about it. Writing definitely helped me get through a lot. But I actually started blogging about 2 years ago. One day, I was bored as all hell in the house and decided to start an online blog (mainly just posting things I found interesting) and the rest is history. I previously had another entertainment website, MissAmazin.com, that ended up doing really, really well but I had to end it due to technical issues. Sucked monkey balls! But when one door closes, another one opens....and in August 2011 Flava Mix was founded.

What else?? I consider myself to be a fun, witty and goofy person. My mouth can be a little reckless and I just may come off as a sarcastic b*tch sometimes, but we all have opinions. I love to laugh and make light of situations though. I can be a private person at times also. I just don't like everybody and they grandmama in my damn business.

I'm college educated -- even though I never finished. Went to school for Business Management but ehhh, not really my niche. Graphic design is another hobby of mines. Yeah, I'm nice wit it!!! If or when I do decide to go back to school, that's what I would take up. Happily married, so don't try to hit on me  ^___^

I'm multi-faceted and have always been a hard worker. Whatever task is put in front of me, I'm gonna tackle it. Period! I'm hopeful that FlavaMix.com becomes everybody's daily go-to website, but whatever happens I'm gonna enjoy it along the way.
